Wilbur Chocolate Retail Store. In 1894 H. O. Wilbur created a process where warm chocolate was “dropped” into a flower bud-shaped mold, so named Wilbur Buds. That was 13 years before Milton Hershey introduced his Hershey Kiss. See chocolate treats made by hand, and shop for goodies.
