Stand by the steps to the log house and look at it.
116 E. Main St
John Phillips house, 1796. He made clothing for Moravians and had 12 kids. Stone base then bricks then logs.
Look across the street.
121 E Main St
Warden’s House, 1757. Built of limestone by Lewis Cassler, it was the first house built in the new Lititz. Typical Germanic building style with steep-pitched gable roof and pedimented dormers. The warden kept the peace as police do today. (1953 restoration) Now a private residence.
Walk west and on your left is 104 E. Main St.
