Walk west and on your left is
104 E. Main St. A temporary log carpenter shop stood here used by Claus Coeln (pron. Kaalen). He was an architect and master builder and was sent here in 1756 to build the town of Lititz. Most early buildings were designed and built by him.
Also on your left at 100 E. Main St. once stood a 1793 log house by Gotlieb Masslich. Over the years it was a tinsmith, coppersmith and plumber’s shop.
Cross Cedar Street towards the post office. Once on the sidewalk look across the street.
